Cistera Networks Announces ‘Premier Solutions Partner’ Designation within InterpriseONE Partnership Program; Additional Infrastructure to Support Premier Partners’ Channel Sales
DALLAS –Nov. 15, 2005–Cistera Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:CNWT), a leading provider of advanced IP phone application engines in the Enterprise VoIP Telephony environment, today announced that it has created Premier Solutions Partner as an elite designation reserved for relationships that go beyond the Cistera InterpriseONE reseller channel enablement program. Premier Solutions Partners are supported by a joint infrastructure that encompasses marketing, sales, installation, maintenance and support of the Cistera ConvergenceServer(TM) and its suite of advanced application engines.
All of Cistera’s value-added resellers (VARs) are supported by the InterpriseONE program, which equips resellers with the training, marketing materials, sales tools, implementation methodology and documentation necessary to provide added value for their customers. The program includes dedicated resources, both human and technical, to enable the partners to drive increased profitability and efficiency to their organization.
The Premier Solutions Partner (PSP) designation was created for the recently announced exclusive partnership with Comstor, a division of Westcon, for the European market. PSP demonstrates Cistera’s commitment to providing the support infrastructure necessary for partners with significant resources dedicated to delivering next-generation IP communications solutions to their customers. In just two months since the signing of the agreement with Comstor, that relationship has already resulted in a number of new customer deployments. The PSP designation is only offered to those select partners that have clearly distinguished themselves as the market leaders in the enterprise VoIP space.
Several Premier Solutions Partner relationships for North America are in the final stage of development and the company expects to formally announce those partners this fiscal year. The North American Premier Solutions Partners have conducted a comprehensive evaluation process that has resulted in their certification of Cistera Networks applications. These partners have completed IPT deployments using Cistera Networks applications which confirmed their confidence in the scalability, reliability and security of the Cistera product line.
“We are happy to officially launch this enhancement to our channel enablement program,” commented Derek P. Downs, Cistera’s President. “By integrating and facilitating our partners’ marketing, sales, implementation and support efforts, we will streamline the entire solution lifecycle and eliminate inefficiencies and breakdowns. The effort and resources required to initiate these Premier Solutions Partnerships is substantial. However, based on the early success we have seen in Europe, we believe that the extension of our commitment to enabling our channel partners will allow us to more quickly and efficiently address the enormous opportunity in the IPT market today.”
